This would be diagnosed in more detail by culturing the stool to determine the specific bacteria or other agent causing this. So it could be that the antibiotic you are on is incorrect. Chemo side effects : Side effects of chemo include fatigue and headache, but when symptoms are severe, it's always important to contact your oncologist's office and at LEAST discuss it with the nurse and ask her to ask the doctor about it .
