If there is truly blood then IBD must be a consideration, but plenty of people with IBS have blood related to constipation or hemorrhoids or another common cause. Best to see your doc for an exam. See a doctor ASAP: You have colitis at least, and this can be either infectious or inflammatory bowel disease or potentially tumor. You need to be fully evaluated and as soon as is reasonable.
