Miscarriage info : I'm so sorry to hear that. Miscarriages are out of your control. Waiting for it up pass is ok. Diarrhea is not a sign. Cramping may be first sign, followed by bleeding. If you experience very heavy bleeding with persistent clots, call your MD. Some miscarriages may require a D&C to help you clear the uterus. See Your Doctor: With a prior miscarriage I would recommend getting a high Risk OB to help manage your pregnancy. I do not think there is anything you can do per say, but having a doctor monitor your preganacy can help put you at ease. Yes: The fact that you've had 4 miscarriages in a row is obvious cause for concern. There could be something anatomically wrong, or chromosomally wrong.
