See medical provider: Sharp hip pain in a 23 year old can be several things. I would start by seeing a medical provider and getting hip x-rays. The x-rays may show nothing or possible small bone build up (impingement). After trying ibuprofen and ice, you may benefit from physical therapy or an MRI to evaluate the hip in more detail for a cartilage tear. Throwing up mucus, diarrhea & only mucus comes out, blood when wiping not every time, can't hold down water for the past 24 hours, stomach pain, fever?
Common things: first: 9 times out of 10, these symptoms occur with food poisoning or viral gastroenteritis. We worry about internal bleeding associated with vomiting, but your description of blood with wiping sounds as if it is more on the tissue paper than in the stool and that it looks like red blood (not black/tarry digested blood from stomach). Seek urgent care if dehydrated (dizzy, decreased urine, thirst ...Read more

Probably not.: Lifting heavy objects will probably not harm the baby unless you have a heavy package fall onto your abdomen in a traumatic way. Then, there may be harm to the baby and especially you from the trauma. Otherwise, lifting heavy objects may cause you low back pain and distress. I recommend not lifting heavy objects and let someone else help you out, if possible. ...Read more
