There is a reflex that can occur after we eat that causes defectation (bowel movement), this is called the gastrocolic reflex and occurs from when we get food in our stomach. However, diarrhea every morning, especially if this is a change, should be evaluated. You may need a gastroenterology evaluation or a colonoscopy if this is a bowel change.
