Can anxiety cause intractable hiccups? I've had them for over 2 years and ive tried multiple medications relating to diaphragm problems; not helpful.
I think I may have strain the diaphragm muscles at the gym (due to the symptoms am experiencing - did research), and am now having breathing difficulties, and the doctors think it's mild asthma, however, the asthma medications makes no different.
Need to examine:
It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. However, it is highly unlikely that you injured your diaphragm. You may wish to get a second opinion from a pulmonary medicine specialist.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
