Acne: Dianette is not FDA-approved for use in the United States, due to concerns about hepatotoxicity;so we have no experience with it. It is also banned in France due to high risk and complication profile. its useful for acne as an antiandrogen but the progestin, and antigonadotropin function make it risky. Still early: BUT once hair growth has developed it does not reverse. You would need laser or electrolysis for that.
