See your primary care physician. Combination ear drops of steroid and antibiotics, e.g., Ciprodex, works well.

Why are ear symptoms associated with TM Joint disorders?

Pain, tinnitus

Had Tmj for 8 months. Ear symptoms gone after a lot of PT/acupuncure. Still some stiffnesss in jaw - is this the last to go ?

TMJ

Pain
Are you treating the cause of your TMJ symptoms? Most come from bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching), but can also come from poor occlusion ( a poor bite). If these are not corrected, the stiffness will remain and the pain will return. See a dentist experienced in treating TMJ/TMD. At the very least, get a nightguard. And make sure you are not grinding or clenching during the day.

Dr. David S. Lee answered:

I have hearing loss and buzzing in left ear. Symptoms persist after having ear wax removed at doctor's office 48 hours ago. Time for ENT?

Yes.

Head-ear
I would recommend a visit with an ENT doctor, as well as a comprehensive hearing test. The onset of symptoms and the wax removal may or may not be connected to each other--an exam and comprehensive hearing test should shed more light on the situation.
