Don't give up!: Although you have tried many things for your anxiety don't give up. Continue to follow with behavioral medicine, psychological and medical therapy. Medications may help but the combination of therapies is the key. Try bio feedback, consider acupuncture, massage therapy. Eat well and exercise moderately.
