Exercise caution: you are already on multiple medications, some possibly interact together, you don't want to add more unless really needed, even if it is a supplement, fatty acids in omega fish oil might increase lipids in your system, this is not against any drug but rather for your own safety, please revise all your meds with your doctor on regular basis, good luck ...Read more

Be very careful: I have not persoanlly recommended it but I have patients who have decided to take it themselves. There are some published papers from india, but these are of low quality. Diabecon has not gone through fda monitoring, and could be dangerous or contaminated. Hypertension: Maybe there are some treatments you haven't tried yet that are non invasive. What is your lifestyle like? Can it be improved? Do you smoke, use recreational drugs or are you overweight and underexcecised. Do you meditate or do yoga or some time of mental relaxation techniques? Tried biofeedback? Glimepride or metformin sustained release? Which anti diabetic tablet is safer for stage 2 renal disease (diabetic nephropathy)

Caution: Metformin is contraindicated as renal function declines. Glimepiride is ok, but all such agents are more potent as renal function falls since Insulin is metabolized by the kidney and Insulin levels may persist at a higher level with renal disease. Night time hypoglycemia is more common w/renal disease so monitor carefully. ...Read more
