Unknown.: There are not good human studies for either one of them to be able to assess their effect on G.I. diseases. There do not seem to be bad side effects for zinc carnosine. Careful on the long: Be careful with the a ppi as a 19 year old man. With prolonged use, they can cause rebounding (addiction) and seem to cause osteoporosis. Weight loss, elevate: Keeping the intra-abdominal pressures low is the key to keeping food/acid from refluxing into your esophagus.
