Mostly normal. Lung?: The electrolytes look mostly normal. The CO2 (actually bicarbonate) level is slightly high, which may be "just you" (no significance), or may be related to some developing lung or kidney problems. In any case, I wouldn't look to the electrolytes as being the cause of VTach. The problem probably lies elsewhere (lung is possible, as is heart disease). Are the any creams that have Triamcinolone Acetonide BP 1 mg
Econazole Nitrate BP 10 mg
Gentamicin Sulphate BP 1 mg
Sold in America?

Don't think so: Haven't heard of that combination cream. However, individual creams can be prescribed if needed, and a patient can use a little bit from each tube of cream, to treat a particular rash if her doctor feels that such medications are the proper treatment of that rash. Usually, there is more than one type of cream able to treat a rash, which means that alternatives should also be available in the US. ...Read more

Here are some ...: These reports alone represent your current attainable / acceptable, stable range for your body homeostasis. As long as you have no additional related symptoms, further concern will do no good but practicing healthy lifestyle with no overindulgence / obsession, especially avoiding kidney-insulting drugs, will, a lot. So, live on and ask Doc timely. Best wish ... ...Read more

What are the below drugs used for? 1) famotab 20 tab; 2) voltaren (diclofenac) 50mg & 3) vit b1612? Thanks!

INTERESTING MIX: Famtab is Famotidine for ulcers or to reduce stomach acid. Voltaren is an non-steroidal antiinflammatory agent and B12 helps with a lot of things like anemia and nervous system. Vitamin b6 (pyridoxine) is required for the synthesis of the neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine. And for myelin formation. ...Read more

Are there any side effects of drinking too alkaline water of PH level 9 or 10 ?

Are there any side effects of drinking too alkaline water of PH level 9 or 10 ?

No: The pH in you stomach is about 1.5. You have hydrochloric acid in your stomach secreted by the parietal cells which destroy most microbes that you might swallow on food. It will raise the pH slightly for a short time and then as more HCl is secreted into the stomach the pH drops again. ...Read more

Is there any side effects with this homeopathic drugs (1) baryta carb 30. (2) silicea 12x. (3) symphytum q?

No, but effects may:: With rare exceptions, homeopathic remedies are very safe and do not cause "side effects" but occasionally the effects of the medicines are an aggravation, which is a mild temporary worsening of pre-existing symptoms before you start feeling better. While this usually does not occur, when it does happen it is considered a sign that the remedy is having a positive effect on the patient. ...Read more

Does adrenaline and xylocaine (lidocaine) fall in category b?

Does adrenaline and xylocaine (lidocaine) fall in category b?

Epidural test dose: Some question context may be missing... A small dose of xylocaine (lidocaine) with adrenaline (epinephrine) is used to test for proper epidural catheter placement. Very little of this test dose gets to the mothers blood streem or the baby. Many anesthesiologist choose not to use this combo for testing epidural catheter placement for other reasons, though. ...Read more

'Monitored' for 5 years and every time Calcium ~10.3, PTH 20-30, ICA, 24hr, ALB/Phos ok. Dehydration negative. Wax/waning symptoms. D=28. Suppl=no?

Are you sure?: Have your blood been tested while you had or did not have the concerned symptoms for comparison & correlation so to decide if there is a necessity under tight monitoring? if not, do so to see what may make sense. Remember: Do not work against the truth and facts of life out of "i would rather be safe than sorry." but under the logic of common sense. Best wish to health... ...Read more

My 2007 med record says: glucose 104, bun 25, creatinine 1.5, bun/creat ratio 17, egfr 58. Any danger in any of those, i'm scared :-(

Of what?: This is from 2007, which is 6 years ago and therefore of limited significance. Newer results are needed. Your creatinine is very slightly high for someone your age, but may have been falsely elevated due to dehydration. Don't be afraid, go get more current results and discuss them w/your doctor. ...Read more

In adrenal insufficiency supplementation, does one single dose of 20 mg with a high peak cause more health problems than spreading out 10, 5 and 5 mg?

Adrenal: There is no quick and easy answer because your dose of cortisol will not be constant. Initially you are likely to start with a high dose followed by changes (downwards) as things cone under control. Your doctor will help you through this and you will feel much better. ...Read more
