It varies : How long ovulation is delayed by Plan B varies depending on when in the cycle you take it. At some points you could have already ovulated. You will of course ovulate again and can get pregnant so now is the time to start a more reliable method of contraception so you won't have to worry. Hope this helps. ...Read more
I've just started taking the pill for nearly 2 months now. Is it normal to have delayed bleeding in the 7 pill free days?
If a medication is marketed as delayed release and available in 20mg & 40mg, does 20mg q12h have the same effect on serum concentration as 40mg qd?
Depends on medicine: The answer to your question depends on what medicine it is. Delayed release medicines are built to dissolve more slowly than others. The metabolism of different drugs varies a lot. For some medicines there may not be much difference practically, for others this could be a big difference. ...Read more

Delayed for 5 days, negative results, percibed medroxyprogesterone 10mg tablet 2x a dayfor 7 days, it's been 6 days since i take my last pill still no bl?
The delayed period may be due hormonal imbalance caused by plant B. Or you may be pregnant.
If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.
Practice safe sex if you have sex.

Calc -concieved feb 14 or 15th. Period began feb 1st. Morning pill feb 11, could the pill delay concieved date? Is calc accurate?
Yes: If you took planb on 2/11, then it may have slightly delayed when you actually ovulated. The only way that you will know accurately when you conceived is with an ultrasound at about 7 weeks and then looking back at the likely conception date. ...Read more
Is there a pill that delays your period? I'm having a holiday trip the same exact day my period will come. I'm two weeks away from my trip.
Day 4 of pill free week..No bleeding yet, I had skipped my free week the last time and immediately started new pack could this be causing delay?
I take my pill everyday, no pregnancies, every cycle is on time. This month isn't, but I've had a bad cold the past 3 days. Is this delaying my cycle?
Oral bc: no period: A bad cold will generally not affect your cycle, especially on bcp. Sometimes on long term oral bc therapy, the lining of the womb is so thin, that there is little to degenerate (bleed) when the "period" is supposed to happen. Just continue your oral bcp and your cycle will resume. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
If plan b is supposed to delay ovulation why do I feel like I’m ovulating? I took the pill on Tuesday 6 days before my ovulation date and wanted to be sure if this was normal?
Plan B should work: Plan B works very well when taken the day of sex or the day after sex. However, very well is not perfect (and nothing in this world is perfect), so there is a small chance of pregnancy. Plan B can alter one's menstrual bleeding for 1-2 cycles, so a late period won't necessarily mean a pregnancy. One should do a home pregnancy test 3 weeks after sex, to see if there is a pregnancy. ...Read more

Open surgery requires complete exposure of the tcl and carpal tunnel (ct). Mini-open surgery only partially exposes these structures. Endoscopic surgery uses a camera and a small ...Read more
