Be seen: I would certainly consider being seen, particularly if it has not improved over a month. If it is from swollen lymph nodes, these are usually associated with some form of infectious or inflammatory process. See a physician: Nothing against chiropractors but the rash and lymph nodes are not in their field of expertise and should be evaluated by a physician. If the chiropractor has been unable to help with the neck and shoulder discomfort i would take any imaging he/she has done and seek an opinion for an orthopedic doctor. Pinched Nerves: Swollen lymph nodes in the arm pit is a concern for a physician. It is possible there are two different pathologies or conditions going on here. From the picture, it looks like there is climbing which could explain shoulder blade pain radiating to the neck and might be a pinched nerve.
