I have burnt my eyes' orbital areas with dettol and now developed a scar. Since 15 days I am using mederma cream. What do you suggest Sir and how long will it take?

Chemical burn: Dettol is just a brand name - not sure which liquid it was, a topical body wash or a stronger disinfectant for the household. Regardless, it sounds like he has a chemical burn of the skin in the area you describe. Flush area hourly with clear, cool water. Make sure he is able to urinate ok. No!: Dettol is an antiseptic for external use only! If dettol is consumed the poison control center should be called & the person should be rushed to an emergency room.
