Recently had a very small amount of alcohol (1/8th of a margarita) and had an unusual headache, feeling like I was about to pass out. Possible cause?

Worth more evalution: Really bad headaches can sometimes reflect bleeds in the head or infections. Alcohol could have stimulated the a small bleed based on it causing blood vessels to dilate. So have further assessment. Mixing alcohol with certain medications could cause a bad headache based on a build up of acetylaldehyde in the system.
