Worth more evalution: Really bad headaches can sometimes reflect bleeds in the head or infections. Alcohol could have stimulated the a small bleed based on it causing blood vessels to dilate. So have further assessment. Mixing alcohol with certain medications could cause a bad headache based on a build up of acetylaldehyde in the system.
