Lately I've been having irrational thoughts. Could I have depression? I can't concentrate on anything. It's hard getting motivated. Do I have add?

Find a therapist: That specializes in adolescents and has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Having depression is no fun, and just thinking happy thoughts rarely does much good. If the depression is rated mild to moderate, consider opting for psychotherapy with or without meds; if it is moderate to severe, consider meds with psychiterapy.
