Missed 4 periods not pregnant lower back pain lower abdominal pain/burning pain in same area with sharp pains sometimes in back & abdoment. Causes?
4mo amenorrea: Hi Theresa. If def cnot pregnant, then you are having anovulatory cycles which are very long cycles. You can correct the cycles with hormones but wont improve fertility, and if u want to fall pregnant you will probably need clomid (clomiphene) etc to stimulate ovulation. Low back pain: Consider seronegative spondyloarthritis. There are several forms including enteropathic spondylitis or spondylitis associated with inflammatory bowel disease (including crohn's disease & ulcerative colitis) & forms caused by bacterial infections of the bowels including yersinia, salmonella, shigella, & campylobacter. New?: They are likely not related though if vomiting you may hurt anywhere. If you clinch or gring your teeth then you mat have issues there; do you sleep well? If not muscles do not relax to let in blood and the neck remains in spasm; can use some aleve (naproxen) 2x per dat, safe in early pregnancy. No: The symptoms you described do not suggest pulmonary embolus. These seem to be usual musculo-skeletal pains. You may take an over the counter pain medication as needed.
