It depends : How long ago did you have the surgery. You may need some time if you eyes will adjust post operatively. Because of asymmetry between the two eyes refraction you may have some eye strain. Headache ? G C arter: Usually G C arteritis can be included/excluded by a sedan rate ( blood test) with your symptoms I would start with your primary care doctor or a neurologist.
