Yes: Anal cancer and some types of head/neck cancer (mainly tonsil) are caused by hpv. If both parties are hpv free and monogamous then the risk would likely decrease, however studies of cervical samples in female college students show a very high rate of exposure at some point. So, monogamy at present wouldn't necessarily mean that there hadn't been prior exposure. ...Read more

Possibly- more tests: A 41 band alone could signify lyme but is not enough to make the diagnosis.
