Neurologist and author, David Perlmutter, claims that gluten causes Alzheimer's. Can someone provide journal references on research that proves this?
Fully disagree: There is NO solid evidence anywhere that gluten causes Alzheimer's disease, and there is NO relationship with Celiac disease and dementia, but Celiac disease does cause a Peripheral Small Fibre Neuropathy. We have some anecdotal cases of gluten sensitivity affecting MS indirectly, and maybe transient worsening of other conditions, but no Alzheimer's links. ...Read more

A typical approach would be to write down 3-5 positive things that happened in your day and reflect on them to help you feel better about yourself. Works for some people, but not for everyone. ...Read more

No one wins.: If one is bullied either emotionally or physically, revenge is not the answer (check out the new tv show that dissects the complexities). Learn an approach to stand up to the bullying that will raise yourself esteem, and make the aggressor look silly. If you are young, consider informing the bully's parents directly. Theoretically, is group memory repression real: can an entire family who was traumatized repeatedly repress hundreds of memories over years?
Not in real life: Maybe such stuff happens in movies or on the internet. In real life, if two people experience an event, one of them will remember even if the other one forgets. There is no way that a whole group of people will forget an event. ...Read more

Paranoid delusions: Your description matches someone who is at least experiencing paranoid delusions, and perhaps has a thought disorder. Anyone can "remember" family lore or dreams as personal experiences ...Read more
