Itchy Family: Treating the entire family for mites when the entire itches seems reasonable. Mites, on the other hand, should not cause loose stools. Loose stools along with rash make me think of viral or bacterial causes. Probably not but: Even if the mites are killed, they have left some droppings behind in the skin areas where they had visited.
