Many : Pregnancy, anovulation, peri-menopause, hormone manipulation (ocps, depo-provera, etc), premature ovarian failure (pof), stress, poly cystic ovaries (pco, stein-leventhal syndrome), prolonged follicular phase, or just a normal variant.
