Weird cycle: It is important to not panic just because one cycle if a little off from the others. The main issue to track the pattern over time. If your cycles return to normal over the next few months then one abnormal cycle is not an issue. Always make sure your pregnancy test is negative. Hormonal imbalance: If you did the tests correctly, it is very unlikely that you are pregnant. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
