I've got a few questions: 1) why is it better to use mouthwash with alcohol in it.2) won't that make you dehydrated?

A few answers: 1) the alcohol in the mouthwash helps control the bacteria around and between your teeth. Not sure if it is "better". All additional products will help along with proper brushing and flossing. 2) you do not drink the mouthwash. Unlike drinking alcoholic drinks that result in increased urination and possible dehydration after processing, the mouthwash is not absorbed into your body. ...Read more

? dehydrated ?: If you pee every 6-8 hours it is unlikely you are truly dehydrated.The body (kidneys) sort out your level of fluid intake from both liquids and food (vegies 60% water).If you drink few fluids your body adjusts and makes your urine concentrated. YES: Any condition that changes the natural balance of the microbial ecosystem of the mouth can potentially be the reason for an oral thrush infection. The past couple days I've been dehydrated and always thirsty no matter how much water I drink. Didn't drink alcohol. Is this dry mouth? Cures? Thx

Dehydrated thirsty: Go to doctor/urgent care may be diabetes. Also check thyroid. Also always alternate water with diet drinks with pure water constantly you can dilute your body sodium and that is not good. ...Read more

Hard to say: You say you're on a monitor. I am assuming the results are not back yet. If the skip beats and palpitations occur while you are on the monitor then a record is made and your cardiologist should be able to get a better idea of what is going on.
