Droopiness of the eyes usually refers to droopy eyelids (ptosis) or the brow (brow ptosis). While these would be worse when you look up I do not know. Crossed Eyes: At 2 months of age, the most likely explanation of "disconjugate" gaze or "crossed eyes" is simple developmental delay of muscle balance, which will usually resolve spontaneously. If the crossed eye gaze is only intermittent especially when the infant is tired, then it is probably benign.
