Need More Info: It is probably not serious, but you cannot determine the seriousness of a disease just by knowing the recommended medications. I do not usually give my patients decongestants for long term use due to side effects like insomnia, agitation, elevated blood pressure, and heart rate. They are ok for short term use or when you are sick for a few days. ...Read more

Sinus infection: it sound like you might need some abx for a sinus infection. if you can't or won't take abx, you can do sinus rinses 2-3 times per day. those will get rid of a sinus infection as well, it will just take more time. ...Read more

Possible help: You may want to try a stimulant instead of strattera. May also try lower dose of zoloft or get off this if your not depressed or anxious. You can also use a combo strattera with a stumulant (vyvanse is very effective but only last about 12 hours. Nasal saline is very helpful. ...Read more
