Super gassy sometimes. I have coffee everyday in the morning with soy/almond milk and artificial sweeteners. Is this IBS or just a bad case of gastritis?
Gas: A very small percentage of people are sensitive to soy, so this is one possible source. Even more possible are the artificial sweetners. Many of these are very difficult for the gut to digest appropriately, and can then cause your problem - gas.
