Deca Mass Supplement
No reasons to be...: I couldn't found reasons to support concern/connection of whey protein/mass gainer to ed. Note: healthy lifestyle + no overindulgence ; obsession = surest insurance to keep up free-flow circulation to distribute nutrition to nurture all tissues ; organs = more energy ; ability to display an active/vibrant life, sex included. Despite enlisting its mental ; physical causes, both are inseparable. ...Read more
A dietary supplement, also known as food supplement or nutritional supplement, is a preparation intended to supplement the diet and provide nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, fiber, fatty acids, or amino acids, that may be missing or may not be consumed in sufficient quantities in a person's diet. Yes, if . . .: If your testosterone level is low, then you take enough testosterone cypionate to normalize it, then eat healthy & exercise regularly, it can help you build muscle. But not w/o risk. Besides, eating healthy & exercising regularly, will also help build muscle. But if you take testosterone w/o eating right or exercising, then it will not build muscle while you're lounging in recliner. ...Read more
Body building: You don't need a bodybuilding supplement - what you need is a combination of a good diet and regular exercise. For the diet I recommend you go on-line to "NuVal" and learn the good, not so good, and bad for you foods. If you want to body build a visit or two to a trainer would not hurt if you can afford it. Otherwise use common sense and don't overdo (or underdo) the activities. ...Read more
If anabolic steroids increase estrogen(e) levels, will boosting testosterone naturally(ie taking vit d, lifting weights, abstinence) also increase e?
Your "natural": Methods do not "boost" testosterone. That's determined by endocrine feedback mechanisms and other factors. Any increase in testosterone will lead to minor increases in estrogen due to hormone conversion, but they are insignificant and meaningless except in people who take excessive exogenous testosterone. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or internet scams. ...Read more
Yes: I found the ingredients of this bizarrely-promoted, pricey source of calories. There's no testosterone or other hormone stuff. A few weird ingredients ("inulin from chicory", the blue flowers that grow by the roadside in the summer) are added to nutrients that you could have a lot more fun eating as part of a well-balanced diet. I'm glad you have fitness goals and wish you the best. ...Read more
Maybe: Dr. Cheng is absolutely correct. Taking testosterone but not doing anything else will not build muscle. But a fascinating study published 2 months ago demonstrated larger doses of testosterone lead to greater muscle mass, assuming one ate properly & exercised regularly. Check out my thoughts on this study at http://alvinblin.Blogspot.Com/2012/03/testosterone-avodart-dutasteride-vs-fat_19.Html. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Unclear..: The supplements to which you (may be) referring have to do with exercise-enhanced endurance and performance. Basically, gaining weight as muscle requires increased calories, training specificity that may include timed rest and tiered "sets, " adequate hydration and rest. Some people respond to no supplements, but many do not. They can be physiologically stressfuli. Take care! ...Read more
No, fortunately: According to the package, the protein is from whey (milk) and egg. No ground up testicles, fortunately. If you are a 17 yo male and have had a normal puberty, you certainly don't need any more testosterone. If you have not had a normal puberty, then you should perhaps see your pediatrician/ endocrinologist. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
