used debrox ear wax removal and now I feel both my ears covered because of the drops. Doesn't feel plugged but covered by the drops anyway todrain it?

Ear wax stuck in ear? I took a shower last night and I still have some sort of water/wax buildup impairing my hearing in my left ear. I tried dropping rubbing alcohol in it and using an expired tube of debrox, but no luck, yet also no physical pain.
As: As long as you have no history of eardrum perforation, the simplest thing to do is buy a baby bulb syringe, fill it with luke warm water, and self-irrigate the ear in a dependent position. It seems that the debrox solution is leaking from your external ear canal into your middle ear, at which point it is draining through your nose (see image). This suggests that you have a perforation of your ear drum, or your "tympanic membrane" and that's how the debrox is leaking through. Wax dosnt cause pain: Cerumen (ear wax) impaction can cause decreased hearing, but should not cause pain. Scratching or irritating your ear canal or perforating your ear drum trying to remove ear wax by inserting something into your ear is a common cause of pain. Ear Wax: They do but you are generally not aware of it. Good for you. Cerumen is produced by glands in the ear canal. Dirt, debris, hair etc stick to it and eventually the wax dries and falls out removing these things. Cerumen (wax) is the self cleaning mechanism of the ear canal.
