Hearing voices: Hearing voices can be difficult, especially if they put you down. The messages in our brains can get scrambled, like several stations on a radio coming through at once, though it's all our own thoughts. My ears are ringing after listening to music. Are my ears permanetly damaged, or just temporary?

Possibly: If the volume is too loud with head phones or ear buds like an ipod etc. Then you can very definitely damage your hearing esp. High frequency. Bad for this - wearing ear plugs is probably the best way to prevent damage here. ...Read more

Brainwashed myself to think i can't carry a conversation. I lost all my social skills and I use to have very good ss and problem/s skills. Help plz!?

One approach to help: You re-group & figure out what started all this is to tell your primary care doctor about & get checked out for any medical/neurological cause. If none, (s)he'll refer to a psychologist. If you psyched yourself out, you may benefit from hypnotherapy & learning self-hypnosis to psych yourself back in, because your prosocial & coping skills are still there. Cognitive-behavioral therapy helps, too. ...Read more
