Should you peel the dead skin off a blister and let the new skin heal? Or should you leave it alone? There is no fluid left under the top layer.

Here is a post from my blog on blister care. It will heal, but you basically removed up to 1/2 of your skin protection. Soak daily in warm water for 20 minutes and use sterile gauze to dry off. Apply Vit E and Aloe Vera creams/lotions 3 times daily. Keep the exposed skin covered with second skin or similar product.
