Unclear question: If you are concerned about being pregnant, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. ...Read more
I have irregular periods(at the longest 32 days) I used an ovulation calculator and it said I may not be ovulating. How would I know?
You may not, yet: Many and perhaps most girls and women do not know if or when ovulation occurs unless they experience "ovulation pains", learn how to check their cervical mucus secretions, record their basal body temperature regularly...or use ovulation calculators and kits. I used a ovulation calculator online and it said that my most fertile days were between the 11th-16th. I had sex on the 16th. Can i still be pregnant ?

Me and my boyfriend are trying to make a baby , but it's hard for me to tell when I am fertile using a ovulation calculator is hard as well?
You can learn: There are a few ways to help: basal body temperature charting, monitoring your vaginal mucus patterns, strictly monitoring your periods to calculate most likely ovulation time, using urine test strips for luteinizing hormone . Combining at least three of these and carefully keeping your records for at least 6-12 months can help you to best predict the most likely time to get pregnant. ...Read more
You don't: Calculators make assumptions that everybody ovulates and that everybody has periods every month. However, this may not necessarily be the case. Calculator will just give you an ovulation date 2 weeks prior to your menses. To be certain that you actually ovulate, you should purchase an opk and use it as directed, generally start testing ~ day 10 if you have regular periods. ...Read more
