Constant feeling of needing to poop with rectal pain. Took magnesium citrate but even though it works it didn't help. No diet change or fever.

Constant feeling of needing to poop with rectal pain. Took magnesium citrate but even though it works it didn't help. No diet change or fever.

2nd opinion needed: If you are having the rectal pain with need to poop, and have not gotten any solid answers, it time to consult your pcp doctor, who can refer you to a proctologist, who can measure the pressure of your rectal sphincter to see if it's working or not. Mag citrate makes you poop more, aggravating the issue more than helping it. Discuss this with your doctor. Also a stool analysis may be useful. ...Read more

Can you tell me how safe is using sildenafil citrate and how effective it is?

Here are some ...: Largely, sildenafil is safe and effective especially at the early stage of ED. But, for a man of 34 without ED-causing conditions such as DM, drugs, spinal cord injury, etc., I would advise to work on practicing low-risk healthy lifestyle without overindulgence / obsession - sex included and not engage in sex more than 2 times weekly first before taking sildenafil. If still in doubt, see Doc. ...Read more
