I would be curious: If there are any color changes noted. Raynaud's syndrome or disease (don't get scared) is a possibility. This is when one gets vasospasm s of small blood vessels. I would also have a doc check to see if you have any kind of anemia. ...Read more

As long as there is no pain, this is natural (to an extent) so to keep these areas from loosing blood flow (cold can do this) and thus decreasing oxygen to the tissues, where, if without, tissues metabolism slows and if it stops, tissues can die. You need exam: Given your age, you really need to see a physician about that asap to rule out circulation issues. Cold feet is also a sign of low thyroid function. Not enough cases: I found only 2 other cases reported of a duplication of 3p26.3. One is from New Zeland. She sounds like she could use heated mittens in the cold--available at ski shops. Impossible to say whether it is related to the duplication.
