Listen to your body: A good diet and exercise have a much stronger effect on BP than medications. Eat 6 equal meals of non proceseed food, handle stress skillfully, and move for 60 minutes a day. You don't need to go to a gym. Pretend jump roping for 10 minutes 6 times a day improves circulation to the brain and body normalizing bp.
