If I have dark yellow urine in the morning (or if I sleep for a few hours) then drink water and it gets gradually lighter, wuld that be jaundice?

I have recently cut out soft drinks in an effort to live more healthy. After I did this my urine went dark yellow in the morning. As I drink water in the day it gets clear. Is this normal. No pain and I feel better than when I was on soft drinks.

Hematuria.: Your first description just sounds like a concentrated urine - like you just need to drink more water - but the blood is a little more thought provoking.
