Probably myoglobinur: Many possible explanations here, including supplements that discolor urine, other causes of renal injury, dehydration, bleeding in kidney OR increased muscle breakdown and excretion in urine. Uti: A smelly and cloudy urine suggest urinary tract infection, specially if accompanied by burning sensation when you urinate. This should be diagnosed with urinalysis and culture. The symptoms you describe are consistent with a urinary tract infection (uti), kidney infection (pyelonephritis) or a kidney stone. Please see your doctor for a urine analysis and urine culture. Depending on preliminary results you may be treated right away versus waiting for the results.

Hard to tell: More likely infection but cannot rule out a stone. Either will do this and it could be both, also. Urinalysis is an easy way to distinguish. This will normalize if you drink fluids, and if it does you're generally fine.
