Do you stand for long periods of time during the day? if yes that may explain pooling of fluid in the legs during day and mobilization at night. What you described also fits in with symptoms of early heart failure. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
