Don't use. See eye: Doctor instead! Using bleaching strong agents like that is the wrong approach unless you purposely want hypo pigmented areas on top of having dark lines. Have the opthalmologist refer you to the oculoplastics Dr., who can examine your eyelid and recommend care. It may just be post-inflammatory hypopigmentation. Retinoids are too irritating and dangerous to use so close to the eye!Seek prof. help! ...Read more

Protect: Avoid things that make you break out, soaps ; wetness. Wash your hands only when necessary. Wear gloves when needed. Wear clothes made of cotton. Bathe only with a small amount of mild unscented soap, such as dove. Keep the water temperature cool or warm, not hot! use the medicine your doctor gave you. Use a plain moisturizer daily. Probably: If your skin gets lighter in tone when you put pressure on it that implies that some of that hue came from underlying blood. You couldn't push melanin containing cells out by applying some pressure to the skin. ...Read more

Skin help: Salicylic acid preparations are the best otc for clogged pores, use daily if possible. A prescription of tretinoin may be your best bet though. Baggy eyes may be from venous congestion, often worsened by lack of sleep and allergies. Get plenty of sleep, non-sedating daily antihistamine if necessary and retinol containing intensive night serum for under your eyes; hopefully this helps. ...Read more
