Melasma?: That area is very prone to hyper pigmentation ( melanoma) usually due to birth control pills, pregnancy or acne scarring. Sounds like for you it could be due to acne in which case a very light fading cream could be helpful. FLAKY NASOLABIALS: This may be seborrheic dermatitis. With no photo i cannot be sure. Shampoo your scalp (yes, scalp) daily with a tar shampoo. Use an o-t-c Hydrocortisone cream daily for a couple of weeks (only). Find out which foods may be causing it; then eliminate them. Cut out stress. If no better, see a dermatologist. Don't use. See eye: Doctor instead! Using bleaching strong agents like that is the wrong approach unless you purposely want hypo pigmented areas on top of having dark lines. Have the opthalmologist refer you to the oculoplastics Dr., who can examine your eyelid and recommend care. It may just be post-inflammatory hypopigmentation.
