I've had dark green loose stool off and on for about 24 hours. Is that something serious? If not what are some home remedies?

Not irritable bowel: Reflux isn't IBS, gastitis is inflammation of the stomach. Foul-smelling stools sometimes mean gastroenteritis or malabsorption. Not necessarily.: An infection with giardia can present with diarrhea or constipation or neither. Stool color is not a reliable way to determine the organism responsible, if any.
