Simple treatments: I recommend 1. Cucumber slices 15min both eyes. 2. Good rest. 3. Wet tea bags over both eyes for 10 min. 4. Creams containing retinoids and or niacinamide. Several things: Getting MORE sleep won't help much, but there are several things to try: avoid salt (puffiness), sleep on back using gravity to help, don't smoke, go easy on alcohol, protect from UV light, manage allergies if you have them, use a Neti Pot (saline nasal irrigation), use cold compresses on eyes, try different eye creams/concealers.
