I have very dark diarrhea it's almost black? What would be the cause of this? I've also had stomach cramps too.
GI Bleeding: When blood travels through the GI tract, it exits black and is called melena. I would be concerned this may be indicative of gastrointestinal bleeding. Commonly an ulcer will bleed and i see you are on Aspirin which can cause it, but it could be lower GI as well. Only if painful: I'd stay close to a toilet, (stay home), stay away from others (minimize spread), and drink plenty of fluids (alternate water and Gatorade).
