You need an exam: In a woman, these could be small vaginal blood clots. Could be "products of conception". A simple stool: Test obtained from your Primary Care Physician's Office will disclose any blood in your stool (which could explain the black stools) Otherwise your diet pretty much influences the color of your stools! Sounds like you need a "check up"...make an appointment TODAY!
