You may get huge: I am sure you already know that the us is suffering an obesity epidemic because we have too much foods, often not the healthy type. If you over-eat/too much, you will get fat. Dependency: Risks of ongoing use of Ambien (zolpidem) & Ativan for chronic insomnia? Dependency & difficulty in withdrawing from the drugs. I think you should find a sleep specialist who can discover what's the underlying problem with the insomnia.
