Not advise either: Some obstetricians feel that hydrocodone is relatively safe during pregnancy, but in my opinion, best to avoid if possible. Would not recommend use of Fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) in most patients with migraine, especially pregnancy, as it is in the barbiturate family, and has habituation risk.
