Shock vs anemia: Hemorrhagic shock results from acute bleeding. In hemorrhagic shock, the hemoglobin is often near normal as you are losing plasma and red cells at the same rate. By contrast, your anemia of 7.6 being relatively stable isn't going to turn suddenly into shock. It isn't dangerous in the sense that it's life threatening. Commonly in young women anemia is due to iron deficiency from blood loss from menstruation. It's very easy to diagnose and treat but there are many other causes for anemia as well.
