Can i take advil, (ibuprofen) lisinopril , and aspirin?

Can i take advil, (ibuprofen) lisinopril , and aspirin?

Secondly long term use of Ibuprofen can actually raise blood pressure reducing the effectiveness of the lisinopril. That being said, it is usually ok to use for 2-3 days, or every other day but only 400 -800 mg a day of ibuprofen. ...Read more

Can i take ibuprofen while on lisinopril and hctz (hydrochlorothiazide)? I heard it can cause renal failure? As far as i know my kidneys r healthy

Yes with caution: Yes there is an increased risk of renal problems with lisinoril/hctz and ibuprofen, this combination also reduces the effectiveness of lisinopril/hctz in control of blood pressure if taken in high doses for a long time. Occasional use is fine, for long term use, do so under the care of a physician who can monitor for side. Try tylenol (acetaminophen) it also resolve pain/headaches with none of above issues. ...Read more

Is there any problem with taking both a muscle relaxer and Motrin 800 if I take 10 mg lisinopril daily ?

Is there any problem with taking both a muscle relaxer and Motrin 800 if I take 10 mg lisinopril daily ?

Medications: i would not take motrin with lisinopril. motrin can affect kidney function, and lisinopril modulates kidney function to regulate blood pressure. you can induce a mild kidney injury depending on how much motrin you take a day. i would use the muscle relaxer, and use tylenol (acetaminophen) extra strength instead. this will not interact with lisinopril. hope this helps. ...Read more
