Limited options: Besides the addition of something like Tylenol (acetaminophen) there isn't much out there, as "stacked" nonsteroidals start to have significant adverse effects. If you are interested in alternative options, there is some evolving data about tart charries and anti-inflammatory effect - the data is real but very nascent.
