Forgive muy franknes: You are doing yourself, and those who care about you, a grave disservice if you do not accept evidence-based, 21st century treatment. Cystic acne usually requires isotretinoin. Try using local heat by putting a washcloth under very warm, (not hot) water and laying it over the brow 4-5 times per day for 4 minutes at a time. It might need to be opened in some way - start by asking your parents to help. ...Read more
Don't ask why: If this is a young person, don't look for an explanation for cystic acne. There's nothing you can change about hygiene, sex, lifestyle, or diet that will make it go away. You will probably need isotretinoin. If you're an adult, it may be a warning of one of the unusual glandular diseases. Usually it never gets explained. Manage it with strong meds. Don't try to solve it non-medically. ...Read more
